2. Condition: All items must be unused, remain in their original state, and be sent back with all initial tags and accessories. We recommend using the original packaging whenever possible to ensure the items are well-protected during transit.

3. Return Method: Returns are required to be sent via mail using a trackable shipping service.

4. Return Costs:

• For returns related to a change of mind, incorrect sizing, or similar personal preferences (Customer remorse): Customers are responsible for organizing and covering the costs of their chosen shipping method. Please be aware that we do not offer pre-paid return labels for "change of mind" situations. You will need to arrange the shipment through your local postal service.
  
  
• For Defective or Incorrect Products: There is no expense to the customer (£0.00). This policy applies if the item received is wrong, damaged by the transport provider, or faulty in any other way.
  In these specific instances, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label to your email for you to download and print. We take care of the entire cost of the return delivery.

5. Restocking fee: There is no restocking fee applied to any returns.

How to Return an Item

Refund Process

1. Inspection: Upon the arrival of your return, our department will check the item to verify that it fulfills our return requirements.

2. Refund Timing: Following approval, your refund will be processed back to your original payment source. Please allow up to 7 business days for the funds to reflect in your account, depending on the processing times of your bank or payment provider.

3. Refund Details: Refunds are strictly issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. We cannot process refunds to different accounts or via alternative methods. We will refund the full purchase amount.

Exchanges

We are pleased to provide exchanges for all products. If you wish to swap an item for a different model or size, please reach out to our customer support team first to receive the necessary exchange instructions.

No exchange fees are applied. However, the cost of shipping the item back to our facility is the responsibility of the customer.

We will handle the shipping costs for the new replacement product sent out to you. After we have received and verified your returned item, your replacement will be shipped free of charge.

Cancellations

We offer a 24-hour cancellation window. If you need to cancel your order, please contact us immediately within this timeframe. After that, your order may already be processed, and cannot be canceled.
