- For Defective or Incorrect Products: There is no expense to the customer (£0.00). This policy applies if the item received is wrong, damaged by the transport provider, or faulty in any other way.
In these specific instances, we will send a pre-paid return shipping label to your email for you to download and print. We take care of the entire cost of the return delivery.
5. Restocking fee: There is no restocking fee applied to any returns.
