This Billing Terms and Conditions document details the payment and invoicing procedures for Purdy. By submitting an order, you consent to the conditions outlined below.

1. Accepted Payment Methods

We utilize Stripe as our protected payment gateway to provide a seamless checkout experience. Through Stripe, we accept the following forms of payment:

Credit & Debit Cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club.
Digital Wallets: Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Other Options: Any additional local payment solutions compatible with Stripe in the United Kingdom.

All transactions are conducted in British Pounds (GBP).

2. Payment Processing

1. All payments are required to be finalized at the moment of purchase.

2. Shipments will not be prepared or dispatched until full payment is successfully received and confirmed.

3. Should a payment be rejected or fail via Stripe, the transaction will not be validated or completed.

3. Pricing & Taxes

1. Every price displayed on our site is in British Pounds (GBP).

2. Listed prices may be updated without prior notice.

3. The final amount at checkout covers the item cost and any relevant delivery fees. Pursuant to UK regulations, any applicable VAT (Value Added Tax) is included in the total price.

4. Secure Payment Processing

Purdy implements SSL encryption alongside Stripe, a worldwide trusted payment service, to guarantee your transactions remain safe.

We do not retain your credit card numbers or payment specifics on our local servers. All private data is managed securely by Stripe.

5. Refunds & Chargebacks

1. Reimbursements are handled according to our standard Refund Policy.

2. All credits will be issued back to the original payment source used through Stripe.

3. Unjustified chargebacks are treated as a serious matter and will be formally contested. If you encounter any invoicing discrepancies, please reach out to us at contact@purdyofficial.com first to settle the issue.
